*SPECIAL ORDERS* Special order policy is when we order something not in stock. We have had to change this policy recently. We will still special order for our customers, however, a deposit must be paid first- depending upon the size and total cost of the order.  Under $50 will be required entire payment up front, over $100 will be 50% down.
